Montenegro FA launches design competition for new logo

July 3 – The Montenegro FA (FSCG) has launched a competition to design its new visual identity and logo.
The FA has issued an open brief asking for a modern, recognisable, and unique design that reflects the organization’s values, honours its heritage, and strongly appeals to younger generations.
The design must include a logo featuring the acronym ‘FSCG’ in both colour and black-and-white versions.
The logo needs to be highly adaptable and clear across various dimensions and platforms, ranging from mobile screens and web design to large stadium screens, LED advertising boards, and sports gear.
Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification, entrants must submit entirely original conceptual work, FSCG said.
A specially formed FSCG committee will evaluate the entries based on recognition, relevance, originality/innovation, aesthetics, and applicability. The top three designs will receive cash prizes: 1st – €5,000; 2nd – €3,000; 3rd – €1,000.
Upon selection, the winning designers will be required to submit a comprehensive Book of Graphical Standards within 15 days. By accepting the prize, authors transfer all exclusive property rights to the FSCG permanently and without territorial restrictions.
