Aston Villa have appeared close to signing Pervis Estupinan but a deal could become a bit more difficult.

Milan have appeared keen on selling the Ecuadorian. He has failed to impress since his arrival from Brighton and Max Allegri’s system exposed his defensive weaknesses and didn’t make the most of his strengths.
AC Milan pushing higher
Journalist Carlo Pellegatti spoke about the left-back’s situation on his Youtube channel. He clarified that Milan are aware of the sale of Morgan Rogers to Chelsea and now want more.
He said – relayed by MilanNews24: “Aston Villa are reportedly ready to offer €20m for Estupinian, and we thought that was good news. Instead, AC Milan are telling us they have no intention of selling him for now.
“Given that Aston Villa’s management took home €140m from the sale of Rogers to Chelsea, perhaps AC Milan, confident in the belief that Aston Villa’s coffers are well-filled, brimming with pounds, are playing to secure the highest possible fee.
“However, we can now say that there could be a slowdown.”
Villans should remain patient
AC Milan are clever to take advantage but Aston Villa shouldn’t be too concerned. They are probably the Rossoneri’s best chance to earn a capital gain from Estupinan’s sale.
Ruben Amorim doesn’t see him as part of his plans. The player would also be keen on returning to England, as he looks to rediscover his form.
